Cancellations and refunds.

If the team or player cancels

The deposit paid to reserve the registration is non-refundable.

The balance can be refunded if the cancellation is made before the first game of the season. Once the season has started, no amount paid is refunded.

If the league cancels

For administrative reasons, to manage the divisions or for any situation beyond its control, Dek Hockey Beau-Château may cancel an activity.

In that case, the league issues a refund prorated to the games played relative to the price paid, with no administrative fees.

If a team or player misses a game

No refund or discount is given when a team or player misses a game on the schedule.

A team that can’t play must notify the league at least 48 hours before the game. Otherwise, a $100 administrative fee is payable at the next game. The league then tries to reschedule the game.

In case of expulsion

No refund or discount is given to a player or team expelled from the league, whether by management or by the discipline committee.

Administrative fees

A $50 fee applies to any returned cheque (insufficient funds, closed account or other reason).

Dek Hockey Beau-Château may modify, add or remove any clause of this policy at any time, without prior notice.
